Job summary

Alliant is seeking an Onboarding Specialist for the Sequent Planning office in Omaha, Nebraska. You will manage the advisor onboarding process, including setup, background checks, licensing, and appointments, to support our expanding field network.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, customer service experience, and proficiency with MS Office. You will coordinate with branch management and the home office, assist with contracting, and participate in special projects to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree as stated.
• One (1) or more years of general insurance and/or contracting & appointment processing in an agency and/or carrier setting with life and annuity carriers/products.
• Two (2) or more years of customer service experience.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding for 1099 advisors and Field Management.
• Track approvals, background checks, licensing, and appointments.
• Support contracting and appointment processing with carriers.
• Assist with special projects and maintain recruiting portals.
• Communicate with branch management and home office to expedite processes.
