Job summary

AssetMark seeks a Director of Advisor Marketing to partner with senior leadership, scale programs for independent financial advisors, and drive measurable growth. You will lead a small team, oversee content, calendars, campaigns, and educational programs, and champion AI-enabled marketing while collaborating with Corporate Marketing and Sales.

The role requires deep experience in advisor/digital marketing, strong communication and program management, and the ability to translate complex ideas

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in marketing, preferably in financial services or advisor marketing.
• Ability to translate AI concepts into practical marketing resources and guidance.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Corporate Marketing, and Business Consulting.
• Experience delivering educational programs, webinars, and advisor-facing content.
• 10+ years of marketing and digital marketing leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead two direct reports; set priorities, roadmaps, and accountability.
• Develop advisor marketing content calendars, campaigns, and resources.
• Partner with Corporate Marketing and Sales to promote advisor programs and outcomes.
• Define metrics, ROI, and program performance; drive adoption and growth.
• Lead thought leadership, surveys, and AI-related initiatives.
