Job summary

AssetMark in Concord, CA is seeking a Programs Manager, Strategic Initiatives, to develop, manage, and optimize advisor-facing programs that help financial advisors grow their businesses.

You will bridge strategy and execution, collaborating across departments to deliver impactful programs, manage surveys and research, and report on KPIs, ROI, and engagement while ensuring compliance and process excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 3+ years managing business or client-facing programs preferred.
• Experience managing programs through full lifecycle: development, launch, delivery, measurement, and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of advisor-facing programs from development to ongoing optimization.
• Collaborate across AssetMark with Marketing, leadership, and Business Consultants to deliver programs.
• Gather advisor feedback and translate insights into program enhancements.
• Set objectives, timelines, deliverables, and communications; drive actions across stakeholders.
• Create surveys and conduct research to identify data, insights, and best practices.
• Prepare program KPI and ROI reports to evaluate effectiveness and inform improvements.
