Job summary

Farther, a rapidly growing RIA, is seeking an Advisor Marketing Manager to own the strategy behind how our advisors build their brands and books, guiding marketing at scale. This senior individual-contributor role offers a clear path to leading a team as we grow, with direct partnerships with advisors and leadership to raise the bar for marketing across the firm.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of marketing experience in financial services or wealth management.
• Proven ability to build marketing programs from scratch.
• Experience mentoring or leading others.
• Strong copywriting translating financial concepts into clear content.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder juggling.
• Strong written and verbal communication; eye for design.
• Proficiency with Slack, Google Workspace, CRM, and PowerPoint; HubSpot/Webflow preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own advisor marketing strategy with direct partnerships to sharpen brand and business development.
• Build repeatable marketing programs and playbooks that scale across advisor base.
• Set editorial/content strategy across digital channels for Farther.
• Lead planning and execution of flagship events from strategy to follow-up.
• Track and report on marketing effectiveness to inform decisions.
• Manage agency and freelance partners, plus marketing tech stack.
• Mentor junior marketers today with a path to leadership as we grow.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Compliance, and Design on campaigns.
