Focus Financial Partners is seeking a Senior Advisor Development Manager to design and deliver learning experiences that build advisors’ knowledge, skills, and confidence. You will lead instruction, partner with leadership, and translate complex concepts into actionable programs that improve client and advisor experiences.

The role emphasizes developing others, collaborating with SMEs, and maintaining up-to-date curriculum and materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5+ years in Financial Services or related field.
• 2+ years on an Advisory team.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, advisory workflows, and client relationships.
• Experience supporting advisors or internal stakeholders in a platform- or systems-focused role.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key facilitator and instructor for advisor development programs and onboarding experiences.
• Deliver practical training that enhances advisory expertise, client relationships, planning, technology adoption, and practice management.
• Design, enhance, and maintain advisor development curriculum, facilitator guides, presentations, and participant materials.
• Ensure learning content reflects firm philosophy, client experience standards, and best practices.
• Maintain training content for accuracy, relevance, compliance, and priorities.
• Monitor program effectiveness and learning outcomes, and drive improvements.
• Partner with Advisory Leadership to identify learning needs and priorities.
• Collaborate with SMEs to deliver timely learning opportunities.
