Pinnacle is seeking a Learning & Talent Development Advisor to support learning initiatives across the firm, develop new opportunities, and ensure staff are knowledgeable of Pinnacle practices and regulatory requirements. Qualifications

• College degree preferred – finance or business-related field.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in financial services.
• Minimum 3-4 years of formal/informal training experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive service to clients and prospects, in person and over the telephone.
• Facilitate and support ongoing and new learning initiatives and/or design and develop training content.
• Advise team leaders on training-related initiatives and resources as needed.
• Partner with and assist other team members to ensure timely delivery of training.
• Meet client financial needs and refer to other specialties as appropriate.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
