The State of South Carolina invites applications for an Operational Support role within the Advising Center. You will provide front-line advising, triage registration needs, and assist staff with daily workflows in a student-facing office.

Serves as the operational support of the Advising Center, providing front-line advising and registration triage for students with immediate or time-sensitive needs, coordinating daily office workflow and operations, and delivering professional administrative support to staff.
A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree. Experience working with students, advising, student services, or administrative functions is preferred.
Knowledge of student services, office procedures, and computer systems. Ability to communicate effectively, maintain confidential records, manage multiple priorities, provide customer service, and work effectively with students and campus personnel.
Work is primarily performed in an office and student-facing environment. Position requires regular computer use and interaction with students, faculty, and staff.
