Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of paralegal experience in a law firm, consulting firm, or other professional services environment.
• Experience supporting advertising, marketing, consumer protection, privacy, or regulatory matters preferred.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with partners, attorneys, clients, and other key stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while proactively tracking and coordinating work.
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with advertising, marketing, and promotional review matters, including claim substantiation and compliance analysis.
• Support document productions and regulatory filings with agencies and NAD.
• Conduct legal and factual research related to federal and state advertising, marketing, and privacy laws.
• Prepare, review, and organize legal documents, correspondence, regulatory filings, and client communications.
• Monitor developments affecting advertising and marketing practices and assist with regulatory investigations and enforcement matters.
