The attorney will counsel clients on practical legal issues in developing and deploying new technologies, with a hybrid work environment and NY Bar eligibility.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of attorney experience in privacy, data protection, technology, AI, product counseling, or related regulatory matters.
• NY barred or eligible to practice law in NY.

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory counseling on privacy, AI, consumer data, products and emerging technologies.
• Advise clients on practical legal issues involved in developing, deploying, and commercializing new technologies.
• Focus on advisory and counseling work rather than litigation.
