Job summary

Spectrum Reach is seeking an Advertising Operations Specialist to join the Customer Experience team in Dallas, TX. You will support order entry for nationwide schedules, ensuring accuracy and timely completion and directly impact client satisfaction and business results.

Responsibilities include coordinating orders, communicating capabilities to clients, monitoring schedules, and assisting sales and technical staff to resolve delivery issues while upholding quality standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work and education experience.
Experience in an office environment highly preferred.
Understanding of ad sales order entry practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Coordinate accurate and timely entry of advertising orders across Spectrum's network.
Communicate advertising operations functions and capabilities to internal and external customers.
Monitor ad schedules and exception reports, collaborating with Account Executives to recover lost revenue.
Track client tapes and maintain records for both paperwork and electronic orders using Spectrum's traffic system.
Assist Account Executives, Sales Management and technical staff in diagnosing schedule delivery issues.
Ensure correct application of advertising copy to all orders in partnership with Account Executives.
