Job summary

OneAmerica Financial is seeking an Advertising Review Manager within Corporate Compliance to review marketing materials for regulatory compliance across print, digital media, and more. The role collaborates with business partners to provide guidance and ensure policy adherence.

You will evaluate complex regulatory issues, communicate decisions, and support FINRA filings while building trusted relationships with senior leadership and regulators. The role is hybrid with Indianapolis-based offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• FINRA Series 7 and 24 licenses required.
• 6+ years of experience in insurance/securities compliance or equivalent knowledge.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or regulated industry preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review marketing materials for compliance with policies and regulations.
• Evaluate compliance in various media and communicate decisions to stakeholders.
• Maintain disclosures, DISCLAIMERS, and policy adherence.
• Collaborate with partners to provide strategic compliance solutions.
• Ensure FINRA advertising filings are completed when necessary.
• Build relationships with senior management, regulators, and stakeholders.
• Perform other duties or special projects as required.
