Job summary

OneAmerica Financial is seeking an Advertising Review Manager to join Corporate Compliance. The role focuses on reviewing marketing materials to ensure compliance with company policies and FINRA/SEC requirements, across multiple media channels, with extensive interaction with business partners and regulators.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, FINRA licenses, and 6+ years in insurance/securities compliance, capable of guiding complex regulatory issues and communicating decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• FINRA series 7 and 24.
• 6+ years of experience in insurance/securities compliance or related knowledge.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience in insurance/financial services or regulated industry preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive analysis and guidance on advertising laws and compliance while reviewing marketing materials across print, websites, social media, and more.
• Evaluate compliance and business situations; communicate decisions to stakeholders and management.
• Ensure consistent policies are established and followed to minimize non-compliance risks and disclosures.
• Collaborate with business partners to provide strategic and operational recommendations for complex customer needs.
• Ensure FINRA advertising filings are completed when necessary.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior management, regulators, and internal/external stakeholders.
• Perform other job-related duties or special projects as required.
