Job summary

GoKart is looking for a proactive account manager to be the primary contact for advertising clients. You will plan, run, and optimize campaigns, manage budgets, and ensure client satisfaction.

You will act as the main liaison for assigned clients, build lasting relationships, and conduct regular performance reviews to align with client goals. A strong focus on communication and organization is required.

Qualifications

• Proven account manager experience in advertising or a similar role.
• Client-focused with ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Strong communication and organization.
• Experience with CRM, MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for assigned advertising clients.
• Build the relationship, understand goals, run performance reviews.
• Develop and execute advertising strategies from plan through launch.
• Coordinate with internal teams to keep campaigns cohesive.
• Monitor performance, provide reports with insights, optimize from data.
• Manage budgets, placements, and ROI reporting.
• Handle issues promptly and advise on advertising best practices.
