Nexstar Media's WPHL-TV in Philadelphia is seeking an Account Executive to grow advertising revenue by connecting local and national businesses with TV and digital marketing solutions. Position focuses on developing relationships, uncovering opportunities, and closing sales across linear TV and digital platforms.

• Minimum four years of sales experience in media or advertising.
• Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, present solutions, negotiate, and close.
• Experience selling across television and digital platforms.
• Willingness to learn new products and grow revenue opportunities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
