Job summary

The role requires a proactive seller with a consultative approach, capable of managing an established book of business while expanding into new clients and opportunities. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• A minimum of four years of sales experience preferred.
• A demonstrated ability to prospect, develop relationships, present solutions, negotiate, and close business.
• An understanding of advertising across traditional TV and digital platforms.
• A growth mindset and motivation to continually learn new products and opportunities.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence engaging business owners and marketing decision-makers.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
• A bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established account portfolio and expand revenue.
• Develop new business by prospecting and closing new clients.
• Drive revenue growth with strategic account plans and increased client investment.
• Sell integrated advertising solutions across TV and digital platforms.
• Embrace digital capabilities including CTV/OTT, streaming video, and social ads.
• Lead consultative sales conversations to uncover client needs and opportunities.
• Own the sales process from prospecting to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Expand existing business by introducing new products and cross-sell opportunities.
• Build lasting client relationships with business owners and marketing leaders.
• Collaborate with management and internal teams to strengthen proposals and solutions.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and pursue opportunities with focus and urgency.
