Job summary

SailPoint Technologies Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Adversary Intelligence Manager to combine Red Team and CTI into a unified function adjacent to the SOC in the Cyber Defense Operations org. You will lead offensive and intelligence efforts, pioneer AI-driven adversary emulation, and drive threat-informed defensive measures across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• FedRAMP access requirements.
• 8-10 years in cybersecurity with at least 4 years leading blended threat intelligence and offensive security operations.
• AI/Automation acumen in cybersecurity workflows.
• SOC partnership and defensive telemetry improvement experience.
• Technical mastery across attack simulation frameworks and threat intel platforms.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team management.

Responsibilities

• Direct unified intelligence collection, analysis, and adversary emulation programs.
• Architect AI-driven automation workflows to scale threat intelligence and emulation playbooks.
• Co-design purple-team exercises with SOC and ASM teams for rapid translation of findings into detections.
• Translate offensive testing results into strategic risk profiles and executive recommendations.
• Mentor and develop a diverse team of security engineers and analysts.
• Oversee development of custom tools and APIs for data ingestion and reporting.
• Present threat briefings and risk assessments to cybersecurity leadership.
