Job summary

Mobility is seeking a Senior Director to lead the organization's AI and proactive security initiatives, securing AI systems and leveraging AI to transform cybersecurity operations. You will own AI security strategy, direct red teaming, AISPM, and continuous validation, partnering across Cyber Defense, Architecture, IAM, GRC, and vendors to deliver measurable risk reduction.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in cybersecurity with exposure to AI/ML or emerging technologies.
• Hands-on experience with offensive security, red teaming, or advanced security testing.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and associated security risks.
• Experience working across security engineering, defense, and risk functions.
• Proven ability to innovate and challenge traditional security models.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of cyber resilience initiatives aligned to defined strategy.
• Design and champion a Continuous Threat Exposure Management program.
• Lead AI security controls across model lifecycle and risk management.
• Drive adoption of AI capabilities to enhance threat detection and automation.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to deliver measurable outcomes.
