Job summary

SailPoint is seeking an Adversary Intelligence Manager to lead the newly combined Red Team and Cyber Threat Intelligence function within Cyber Defense Operations. This role will oversee adversary emulation, threat hunting, and intelligence analysis, with a focus on AI and agentic automation to scale capabilities.

The position can be remote or based in Austin, TX, reporting to the Sr. Director of Cyber Defense Operations.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in cybersecurity
• 4+ years leading blended threat intel and offensive security
• Experience integrating AI/agentic frameworks into workflows
• Proven track record partnering with SOC and incident response teams

Responsibilities

• Direct unified intelligence collection, analysis, and adversary emulation programs
• Architect AI-driven automation workflows to scale threat intelligence
• Co-design purple-team exercises with SOC and ASM teams
• Translate offensive testing results into strategic risk profiles for executives
• Lead and mentor senior offensive security engineers and threat intel analysts
• Oversee development of custom tools and APIs for automation and reporting
• Present threat briefings and risk assessments to cybersecurity leadership
