Job summary

Revelyst in Irvine, CA is seeking a Customer Success Representative I to deliver outstanding support across calls, email, and chat. You will work with customers to understand needs and guide them to success with Revelyst products, while contributing to upsell opportunities and relationship-building.

The role requires 2-3 years in customer service or inside sales, strong Excel/Word/Outlook skills, and a working knowledge of SAP or Zendesk. This is an in-office position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years customer service, inside sales, or retail experience required.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support inbound calls, email, and chat from customers.
• As the frontline contact for consumers, you will support inquiries regarding order status, product inquiries and challenges, warranty claims, returns, and general assistance.
• Assess customer needs and opportunities; suggest how we can meet these requirements to help customers succeed with Revelyst products.
• Self-manage schedule and coordinate callbacks or offline work in collaboration with your manager.
• Partner with teammates to resolve open tickets within service level targets and KPIs.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to provide exceptional support to customers.
