Job summary

Wet Planet Rafting, Inc. is seeking a Year-Round Sales & Reservations Manager to lead the busy Sales & Reservations Office and represent Wet Planet in the local community.

You will coordinate with lodging and tourism partners, respond to inquiries, and guide guests from inquiry to reservation, ensuring an engaging first contact. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a passion for the outdoors.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, or related field
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Solid administrative and sales experience
• General interest in the outdoors and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in a seasonal outdoor industry environment
• Ability to stay organized and positive in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable learning and using technology, including online platforms, spreadsheets, reservation systems, and AI tools
• Ability to work independently while also being an engaged and supportive team member
