Job summary

Wet Planet Rafting and Kayaking in Washington state is seeking a Year-Round Sales & Reservations Manager to lead our tight-knit office team and be a visible face in the local tourism community. You’ll manage inquiries, process reservations, and ensure guests feel welcome from first contact to trip day.

You’ll collaborate with the Marketing Manager to align sales with campaigns, develop partner relationships with lodgings and tourism groups, and help grow Wet Planet’s adventures across rafting

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, or the outdoor industry.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Solid administrative and sales experience.
• General interest in the outdoors and outdoor activities.
• Comfortable working in a seasonal outdoor industry environment with energy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales & Reservations Office and serve as a face of Wet Planet in the community.
• Respond to inquiries, convert them to reservations, and manage bookings.
• Develop relationships with lodging and tourism partners and attend local tourism events.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to align sales with campaigns and guest experiences.
