Job summary

Rivian is seeking an Adventure Readiness Specialist in New Hampshire to join the Service team during peak seasons. You will help with vehicle intake, preparation, and basic repair tasks while supporting training pathways toward becoming a Service Technician.

You’ll participate in a hands-on TRAIL program, learn with mentorship, and gain experience across operations, production support, and training as part of our dynamic service environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Desire to learn and adapt in a hands-on environment.
• Ability to work a flexible 40-hour week, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming vehicle inventory.
• Maintain vehicle readiness through washing, detailing, and charging.
• Assist with basic vehicle repairs and PDI tasks under supervision.
