Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff and promoting a positive team culture.
• Ability to manage conflicts effectively across shifts and roles.
• Strong communication skills for staff and guests.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as required.
• Must be 21 years or older to qualify for this role.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the park on specified weekdays and weekends.
• Promote team culture throughout the Park to both employees and customers.
• Monitor on-site staff performance and provide guidance as needed.
• Oversee maintenance and inventory of the Park and equipment.
• Promote safety for employees and customers.
