Urban Air Glenview is seeking a dedicated site manager to open and close operations, lead a team, and ensure safety and exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee staff performance, monitor park maintenance and inventory, and promote a positive, collaborative culture among employees and guests.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to work nights and weekends. Urban Air Glenview is an equal opportunity employer and values a team-oriented environment.

Formación

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Open and close the Park on specified weekdays and weekends
• Promote team culture throughout the Park (both employees and customers)
• Monitor on-site staff
• Monitor proper maintenance and inventory of the Park and its equipment
• Promote safety for employees and customers

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma, some College preferred
• Prior experience in a supervisor-level role
• Proven conflict management skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations
• Ability to work nights and/or weekends
• Must be 21 years of age or older
