Qualifications

• Previous experience in attractions, outdoor recreation, or adventure operations preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; enjoys interacting with guests of all ages.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Presentation and cleanliness: Keep attraction zones, queue lines, and guest waiting areas clean and presentable.
• Safety & operations: Perform daily attraction inspections and report safety concerns; follow procedures.
• Guest experience: Create welcoming, enthusiastic atmosphere; provide clear instructions and assist guests with gear.
• Teamwork and communication: Work with team members and supervisors; participate in pre-shift meetings.
