Fritz's Adventure in The Colony, TX is hiring a Party Host to be the ultimate vibe-setter for celebrations. You will connect with Guests, keep the fun flowing, and deliver friendly, upbeat service with personality to create unforgettable moments.

Responsibilities include setting up party areas, serving Guests, promoting venue entertainment, and handling food/beverage service with a focus on guest satisfaction. Part-time role with weekend and holiday availability, $17/hour.

Qualifications

• Comfortable leading children and maintaining order in a fun environment.
• Strong customer service skills; experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated with the ability to perform high-quality work independently.
• Strong social awareness and ability to assess Guest satisfaction.
• Excellent time management and task prioritization skills.
• Part-time position; $17.00/hour.
• Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and some weekday evenings.
• Fast-paced, high-energy environment focused on Guest interaction and entertainment.

Responsibilities

• Set up party areas for events, including utensils, plateware, decorations, and other décor.
• Serve as the main point of contact for party Guests, ensuring a fun and seamless experience.
• Ensure the Birthday Child is treated as the guest of honor.
• Promote the entertainment options of the venue and enhance the overall Guest experience.
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Maintain knowledge of all food offerings, including new items and specials.
