Job summary

Fritz's Adventure in The Colony, TX seeks a Sales Manager to drive group bookings and revenue from schools, youth orgs, corporate clients, and social groups. Lead sales campaigns, coordinate events, and partner with Operations, Marketing, and Finance to ensure seamless guest experiences.

The ideal candidate blends strong sales ability, customer service, and a passion for fun experiences. Full-time with base salary + commission; occasional weekend events may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales or account management experience in hospitality or events.
• Proven success achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and POS/booking software.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced team.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays for events.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Full-time position with base salary plus commission.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new group sales opportunities with schools, camps, sports teams, church groups, corporate clients, and tour operators.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through calls, emails, and site visits.
• Create customized group packages and proposals to maximize profitability.
• Coordinate with Marketing on promotions and digital campaigns.
• Maintain a detailed sales pipeline and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
• Serve as primary contact for booked groups from inquiry to post-visit follow-up.
• Coordinate with Admissions, F&B, Attractions, and Operations to ensure event success.
• Prepare itineraries, invoices, confirmations, and required documents.
• Support special events, buyouts, and private functions.
• Maintain client records in CRM/POS and prepare reports on activity and revenue.
