Mount Hermon Association Incorporated in Mount Hermon, CA is seeking an Adventure Operations Manager to provide administrative leadership for the Adventures Department, ensuring high-quality programs in line with MHA’s mission and standards of conduct.

The role supervises the Customer Service Team and Operations Supervisor, oversees retail sales, staff scheduling, and interdepartmental communications, and plays a key part in long-term planning and hospitality.

Qualifications

  • Requires college degree OR significant, relevant administrative experience.
  • Experience with payroll, scheduling and calendar management is preferred.
  • Ability to work with diverse teams and provide excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

  • Track and organize staff certifications & trainings; manage Google calendars.
  • Schedule, forecast, and optimize staffing with management.
  • Coordinate clear interdepartmental communication and assist with the sales process.
  • Oversee Adventure Retail sales, including product decisions, ordering and stocking.
  • Lead by example with hospitality in all interactions.
  • Improve operational systems and drive long-term planning.
