Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality or food service.

• Ability to plan and manage scheduling and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dining floor and catering operations during service.
• Schedule staff around guest groups and budget guidelines.
• Hire, coach, and evaluate dining staff.
• Ensure compliance with state and MHA policies and procedures.
• Plan for unusual group details and troubleshoot as needed.
• Attend leadership meetings and participate in spiritual formation.
