Qualifications

• Must have Lifeguard Certifications completed prior to start date.
• 18 years old and high school graduate.
• College experience preferred (2–3 years).
• Current Lifeguard Certifications completed prior to start date.
• Bloodborne Pathogen training required.
• WSI certification completed prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe environment for guests to enjoy aquatic activities.
• Supervise aquatic activities at Mount Hermon.
• Uphold pool rules to ensure safety.
• Provide swim lessons.
• Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly pool maintenance.
• Maintain, document and report damage to equipment and facilities.
• Perform basic pool chemistry testing.
• Take on other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
