Sorrel River Ranch is seeking an Adventure Manager to lead the guide team and daily delivery of adventure experiences near Moab, Utah. You will set the safety culture, train staff, and translate guest requests into well-run itineraries in collaboration with the Front Office and Experience teams.

Responsibilities include overseeing UTV experiences, hikes, and bike tours, maintaining safety protocols, and driving program improvements while collaborating with resort staff to tailor offerings for

Qualifications

• Wilderness First Responder (WFR) / WFA and CPR/First Aid/AED certifications required.
• Experience leading or supervising outdoor or hospitality guides or teams.
• Extensive knowledge of Moab area; experience guiding private tours preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead, schedule, train, and coach the adventure guide team.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Experience teams to run guest itineraries.
• Ensure safety protocols and required certifications are maintained.
• Oversee daily tour operations and coordinate with resort staff to promote offerings.
