You’ll listen, recommend the right tours, explain what guests can expect, and handle expansions or changes with patience and calm. A four-day schedule and weekend rotation await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Customer Service-Oriented with a keen ear and a desire to assist every guest that calls or emails.

Responsibilities

• Listen carefully and recommend the right tour.
• Explain what guests can expect and guide them through the booking process.
• Assist travelers with changes or complications and keep plans on track.
• Support conversations ranging from Antelope Island to multi-day national park trips.
• Collaborate with a close-knit team to deliver outstanding traveler care.
