Job summary

The North Face in Seattle, WA is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store as the strategic leader, driving performance, delivering an outstanding customer experience, and building a high-performing, inclusive team that embodies VF values.

You will coach and develop staff, manage scheduling, merchandising, and operations, partner with leaders to hit sales goals, and uphold brand standards across service, training, and safety.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related professional/retail management experience.
• Strong coaching, motivating, and building high-performing diverse teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to influence across levels.
• Solution-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Capability to stand, move, and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Model exceptional customer service and selling behaviors to elevate the in-store experience.
• Partner with store leaders to achieve and exceed sales goals through KPI tracking.
• Lead all aspects of people management including recruitment, onboarding, and evaluations.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and inventory control are maintained.
• Oversee store operations, scheduling, payroll, loss prevention, and safety procedures.
