Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or store leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of Brand Advocates to deliver best-in-class customer experience.
• Partner with Store Manager to drive profitability through customer engagement, merchandising, operations and community connection.
• In the Store Manager's absence, assume full store responsibility.
• Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards and manage scheduling and stockroom activities.
