Rainforest Cafe is seeking a Kitchen Manager in Atlantic City to lead daily kitchen operations, mentor culinary team members, ensure exceptional food quality, and drive guest satisfaction. You will manage labor, inventory, and costs while upholding safety standards in a high-energy environment.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll model accountability, develop staff, and promote Rainforest Cafe’s fun, adventure-inspired hospitality that creates memorable guest experiences.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of culinary management in a full-service, high-volume setting.
• Strong back-of-house supervision, inventory, and cost controls.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop kitchen teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Track record of managing food costs and labor efficiency.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and OSHA basics.
• Adaptable, energetic leader with hospitality focus.
