Rainforest Cafe Atlantic City is seeking an accomplished Restaurant General Manager to lead the restaurant’s operations, develop the management team, and drive guest satisfaction and profitability. You will set the tone for accountability, manage costs, and foster a culture of engagement and growth.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to build future leaders within a unique hospitality concept in Atlantic City.

Qualifications

• 3+ years General Manager experience in a full-service, high-volume dining establishment.
• Regional or multi-unit management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of front and back of house operations including food, beverages, staff supervision, inventory, and guest interaction.
• Understanding of cost and labor systems that drive profitability.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with advanced computer and math skills.
• Stable and progressive work history with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs.
• Complete financial and payroll related administrative duties accurately and on time.
• Maintain a professional restaurant image, cleanliness, and appearance standards.
• Ensure positive guest service; respond to complaints and turn guests into return guests.
• Manage shifts with daily decision making, scheduling, and planning to ensure high-quality food and service.
