Qualifications

• Comfortable using word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of Brand Advocates to deliver best-in-class customer experience.
• Partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability through customer engagement, merchandising, and operations.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance feedback for team members.
