YMCA Camp Greenville is seeking a cause-driven Program Coordinator to join our summer leadership team. The role supports daily check-ins, weekly meetings, and creative solutions to create magical program areas for campers and staff.

Responsibilities include leading staff, planning evening activities, maintaining ACA-compliant environments, and collaborating with senior leadership to ensure a safe, engaging summer experience for all participants.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating summer camp programs or activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead designated division and assist camp leadership in daily operations.
• Plan and run evening programs and activities for all campers.
• Maintain program areas to ACA standards and ensure staff rosters and schedules are up to date.
• Support senior leadership in program management and decision making.
• Assist with staff evaluations and high adventure activities as needed.
