Job summary

YMCA Camp Greenville is seeking a Camp Store & Logistics Coordinator to manage all camp store activities, inventory, and camper mail for a dynamic summer program in the mountains. This role sits within our Camp Communications team and supports staff and campers during all camp operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail operations and inventory control.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work with campers, staff, and parents in a high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage camp store operations during operating hours and during restock and preparation times.
• Maintain stock & inventory of all merchandise and coordinate orders with communications team.
• Keep store clean and organized to provide an inviting purchasing experience.
• Sort and deliver camper mail, packages, and letters daily; coordinate with trip schedules.
• Prepare end-of-week camper materials and pre-ordered items before arrival.
• Assist in various office tasks and support other seasonal camp staff as needed.
