Job summary

Otterbein University is seeking an engaged and relationship-focused Coordinator, Advantage Partnership Program to support student recruitment and enrollment efforts through the University's Advantage Partnership Program.

This position serves as a liaison to Advantage Partner Organizations and works closely with prospective students, families, educational partners, and internal stakeholders to promote educational opportunities and support enrollment growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in university admission.
• 2 years of supervisory experience required.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment efforts for the Otterbein Advantage Partnership Program in coordination with the Executive Director of The Point and Corporate Partnerships.
• Serve as the primary liaison for eligible Advantage Partner Organizations.
• Collaborate with designated partner representatives to promote the Advantage Partnership Scholarship and recruit prospective students.
• Work with Marketing and Communications to develop promotional materials, including electronic communications, website content, co-branded brochures, flyers, and posters.
• Coordinate on-campus and off-campus visit opportunities for Advantage Partner Organizations.
