Job summary

Otterbein University is seeking a Coordinator for the Advantage Partnership Program to support student recruitment and enrollment efforts. You will serve as a liaison to Advantage Partner Organizations and work with prospective students, families, educational partners, and internal stakeholders to promote opportunities and drive enrollment growth.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to represent Otterbein on and off campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5–10 years of university admission experience.
• 2–5 years of supervisory experience required.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
• Understanding of the university admission process preferred.

Responsibilities

• Present admission requirements to prospective students, parents, and campus visitors.
• Deliver individual, small group, and large group presentations.
• Review admission applications and determine eligibility for admission.
• Manage an assigned recruitment territory.
• Represent Otterbein University at recruitment fairs, admission events, and outreach programs.
