Job summary

MICC is seeking a Development Manager to lead the annual fundraising program, drive donor engagement, and coordinate corporate and foundation giving. This role oversees the Development Database Coordinator and partners with the CAO and Advancement team to expand MICC's supporter network.

Responsibilities include strategy development, fundraising communications, stewardship, events, and reporting to meet revenue goals while aligning with MICC’s mission and community commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management, marketing, business, or a related field.
• Five or more years of fundraising, development, or related experience.
• Experience with donor stewardship and sponsorships.
• Experience managing fundraising projects, budgets, calendars, and deadlines.
• Experience with Raiser's Edge NXT or similar CRM preferred.
• Nonprofit fundraising experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute MICC's annual development plan with revenue goals, timelines, and measures.
• Lead donor acquisition, retention, and engagement across programs.
• Oversee corporate, foundation, and sponsorship fundraising and forecasting.
• Plan and evaluate fundraising events and campaigns for revenue and engagement.
• Supervise the Development Database Coordinator and ensure accurate donor records and reporting.
• Collaborate across Advancement to grow MICC's supporter community.
