Job summary

MICDS, a leading independent school in Missouri, seeks an Associate Director of Development – Donor Relations to coordinate a comprehensive donor relations and stewardship program and promote donor engagement at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 3–5 years of active fundraising experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with high quality and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage donor recognition and stewardship programs.
• Collaborate with Development and Alumni Relations to strengthen donor relationships.
• Oversee the International Board of Visitors program and engage alumni.
• Produce annual endowment reports and coordinate major gift strategies.
• Support alumni reunion giving and engage volunteers.
