Job summary

Catholic Charities East Bay is seeking an Annual Fund Manager to advance donor acquisition, retention, and growth. Reporting to the Director of Development, you will design and implement multi-channel campaigns, manage donor communications, and collaborate across departments to advance the organization’s mission.

You will analyze fundraising data, coordinate campaigns and events, and cultivate relationships with new and existing donors, including stewardship and recognition programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and fundraising experience.
• 2+ years in fundraising or development roles (annual giving, donor stewardship, events).
• Experience with CRM systems and donor databases.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual fundraising strategies across channels.
• Coordinate donor appeals, segmentation, and follow-up.
• Plan fundraising events and donor engagement opportunities.
• Collaborate with departments to align fundraising with programs.
• Cultivate relationships with new and existing donors.
• Analyze fundraising data to improve campaigns.
• Support grant and sponsorship efforts.
• Other duties as assigned.
