The Police Athletic League (PAL) is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to serve as the Advancement Operations & Engagement Manager. Reporting to the Director of External Affairs, this role provides day-to-day operational support for PAL's fundraising, donor stewardship, communications, events, and partnerships.

The Manager coordinates projects, maintains advancement systems, supports donor engagement activities, and helps PAL advance its fundraising and engagement goals in

• Three to five years in nonprofit development, fundraising, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate day-to-day advancement projects and department initiatives.
• Maintain timelines, work plans, and task lists to meet deadlines.
• Track donor engagement, stewardship, and follow-up actions.
• Prepare meeting materials, donor profiles, and briefing documents.
• Support meetings of the Board Development Committee and related activities.
• Coordinate communications with corporate, foundation, civic, and community partners.
• Assist with fundraising materials, newsletters, proposals, and donor communications.
• Coordinate logistics for fundraising events and donor cultivation activities.
