Qualifications

• Three to five years of nonprofit development, fundraising or related administration experience.
• Strong writing, editing and presentation skills for donor materials.
• Experience coordinating events and donor engagement activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate advancement projects, timelines and meetings.
• Maintain donor records and prepare stewardship communications.
• Support board development activities and meeting logistics.
• Prepare donor profiles, materials and briefing documents.
• Assist with fundraising materials, proposals and donor communications.
• Coordinate fundraising events, sponsorship tracking and post-event follow-up.
