Job summary

De La Salle Collegiate High School is seeking an Advancement and Development Coordinator to support fundraising, donor relations, alumni engagement, and advancement initiatives. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in development, fundraising, or nonprofit administration.
• Experience using Raiser's Edge or comparable donor management database.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and Google Workspace.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills for donor and alumni relations.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of annual giving campaigns and major gift initiatives.
• Assist in developing and maintaining the Advancement Plan and fundraising calendar.
• Identify and research prospective donors and funding opportunities.
• Support donor cultivation, solicitation, and recognition.
• Assist with donor communications, appeals, and annual fundraising efforts.
• Track pledges, payments, and outstanding commitments; assist with budgeting and reporting.
• Provide administrative support to the Advancement Office and prepare materials for meetings.
