Trinity Christian Academy is seeking a Development Coordinator to support fundraising, donor engagement, and events. This role partners closely with the Director of Advancement to execute strategy and day-to-day tasks with accuracy and care.

Responsabilidades

• Implement advancement initiatives under the direction of the Director of Advancement.
• Track tasks, timelines, and deliverables across campaigns and events.
• Ensure consistent follow-through on all advancement priorities.
• Maintain donor records and data integrity in DonorPerfect.
• Execute timely and thoughtful donor acknowledgments and stewardship communications.
• Lead planning and logistics for major events (Legacy Dinner, donor receptions, etc.).
• Coordinate vendors, volunteers, and timelines; ensure excellence in execution.
• Generate reports and assist with data tracking; support communication efforts.
