Job summary

Fellowship of Christian Athletes in Chicago seeks a Director of Advancement to grow the ministry through prayer, staffing and donor funding. The role aligns with the Regional VP, staff and boards to execute a comprehensive ministry plan and disciple coaches and athletes to become disciple-makers.

The Director will lead staff, build donor relationships, and ensure FCA policies and biblical standards guide all activities in the Sports Environments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading staff and volunteers in a faith-based environment.
• Proven fundraising and donor relationship skills.
• Strong strategic planning and ministry development experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, development and engagement of staff and volunteers.
• Develop and execute advancement plans across ministry areas.
• Ensure alignment with FCA Vision, Mission and policies.
• Provide spiritual leadership and cultivate a ministry culture of discipleship.
