Job summary

Fellowship of Christian Athletes seeks a Director of Advancement to grow the ministry by praying, staffing, and funding the area through ministry, board, donor, talent and international streams. The Director works in alignment with the Regional Vice President, staff, and board(s) to fulfill the FCA Vision, pursue the FCA Mission, and live the FCA Values by developing a ministry plan for the assigned area.

• Requires experience leading a ministry or large team.
• Proven ability to recruit, train and develop staff and volunteers.
• Strong fundraising and donor relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Agree with FCA's Christian statements and model biblical leadership.
• Provide spiritual leadership to staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes.
• Lead in staffing, budgeting, donor engagement and board development.
• Oversee recruiting, hiring, training and development of staff and volunteers.
• Serve as chief fundraiser and financial manager, aligning funding with ministry goals.
• Mobilize international regions through prayer, giving, and service.
